We’ll dispatch a certified technician to your home or office to assist with any Windows PC issues or any networking & WiFi concerns you may have.
We can also provide support with common setup tasks on your other technology such as printers, Android & iOS smartphones & tablets, various network devices, audio & video systems & smart TVs.
Remote Service
We can troubleshoot and resolve many common computer issues via state-of-the-art remote control software, enabling our technician to remotely operate your Windows PC with your consent.
If your computer has a stable Internet connection we can work with you remotely, regardless of your location.
We can also provide you with remote support & guidance during hardware & software installations and upgrades of your systems, as well as scheduled remote maintenance or monitoring of your PCs, network appliances, and more.
Technical Services
Virus & malware removal, Windows PC repair & cleaning, backup systems, and much more. Want to improve your PC’s performance with a hardware upgrade? How about increased RAM, a fast solid state drive (SSD), or better graphics hardware to support your latest software? Pickup and delivery is included for all Oceanside area (Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum Beach) customers.
Need some help completing a project that requires technical expertise? We are skilled in a variety of popular software packages as well as digital media & content creation, website design, development, hosting and management. We can work with you locally (in-person), or remotely wherever you may be.
