An on-site service appointment allows our technician to start a diagnostic process for you, to troubleshoot and correct problems with your computers, networks and peripheral devices, and to answer your questions directly.

Although we can often completely resolve issues during our on-site visits, in some cases we may recommend that we take your hardware back to our own workbench for further testing or a repair which involves additional time and/or access to more of our technical resources.

We also regularly provide assisted computer migration services - helping you transition from your old PC to your new PC, and can take your equipment off-site to complete large data transfers if required.

In some cases, our Remote Service can also be a great alternative to an on-site service call.  It is particularly useful for problems that are strictly software-related.  For hardware-related issues or issues concerning external devices like printers, a house call is generally recommended to get to the root of the issue as efficiently as possible.  Please contact us to discuss your needs.
